Power To Appoint Or Designate Excise Duty Officer

Government of Nepal may, for the purposes of this Act, appoint Excise Duty Officer in the required number, and in cases where Government of Nepal deems it necessary, may designate any other officer of Government of Nepal to act as the Excise Duty Officer.
